Frank Leaf, Owner and Founder

Forbo Certified Technical Partner and Master Mechanic

Frank is the founder of Frank's Floors and has built his reputation on quality work and efficiency. He develops new flooring ideas and continuously monitors the quality of work of his employees. He is our most experienced project manager and installer. Frank hires subcontractors as needed to assist with larger jobs. He hires mostly experienced family members who are as invested in his company as he is, to ensure a level of intimacy and drive that can only be found in a family-run business.

William McKay, Flooring Installer

Frank's nephew Bill has been installing for Frank's Floors for seven years and has prior flooring experience. He has experience installing all flooring types offered by Frank's Floors. He has been instilled with the values of Frank's Floors, and bases his work on quality and customer satisfaction.

Lisa Leaf, Administrative Assistant

Lisa is Frank's oldest daughter who works in the office and assists in project management and office administration. She is very organized and polite and will assist in making sure your project is run smoothly through communication and organization. She may also show you around our showroom and provide suggestions in choosing the right colors and products to give your home that special touch.

We have designated specialists whom Frank has worked with for many years that we subcontract jobs to. We have subcontractors who specialize in carpet, tile, resilient, hardwood, and stair work, to provide you the best quality work for your specific flooring needs!
